The mission of BATSA is to promote Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing as respected functions and career paths within recruiting, competitive intelligence and other industries, teach tricks of the trade to aspiring talent acquisition professionals, and encourage interaction among practitioners and leaders to foster dissemination of best practices in the greater Boston area (inclusive of MA, RI and NH).
